I have a book ஆபஸ்தம்ப ஸூத்ர தர்ப்பண விளக்கம் by Srivatsa Somadeva Sarma.
The mantrams are given in Sanskrit and Tamizh with superscripts 1, 2 etc to denote the four
consonants in Sanskrit.
The book is published by Sree Surabhi Jagadguru Satabdi publications,158/12, Lakeview Road,
West Mambalam, Chennai - 600 033.

I think I bought this book from Bhavani Book Centre, Station Road, West Mambalam.
