கபாலி வெற்றி-தோல்வின்னு பேச நினைத்தேன்.... வார்த்தை விடுபட்டு விட்டது.. வைரமுத்து விளக்கம்[/h]சென்னை: கபாலி படம் தோல்வி என பேசிய சர்ச்சையில் சிக்கியது குறித்து கவிஞர் வைரமுத்து விளக்கம் அளித்துள்ளார். அதில், படத்தின் வெற்றி, தோல்வி என சொல்ல நினைத்து ஒருவார்த்தை விடுபட்டதை பின்னர் உணர்ந்தேன் என விளக்கம் அளித்திருக்கிறார்.

கபாலி தோல்விப் படம் என வைரமுத்து பேசிய வீடியோ சமூக வலைதளங்களில் பெரும் அதிர்வலைகளை ஏற்படுத்தியிருந்தது. கபாலி படத்துக்கு பாடல் எழுதும் வாய்ப்பு கிடைக்காத காரணத்தால் வைரமுத்து இப்படி பேசுவதாக கபாலி படத் தயாரிப்பாளர் தாணு பதிலடி கொடுத்திருந்தார்.

கவிஞர் வைரமுத்துவின் இந்த கருத்துக்கு ரஜினி ரசிகர்கள் கடுமையான பதிலடி கொடுத்து வருகிறார்கள். அதே நேரத்தில் எழுத்தாளர் மனுஷ்யபுத்திரன் போன்றோர் வைரமுத்துவை ஆதரித்தும் வருகின்றனர்.

Masterminding of ed Promotional techniques of "Kabaali" and release of the film in most number of places are being done by Vivek, S/o Ilavarasi, c/o Poes Garden with a mega aim of turning as much of the black colour into white.

Then what else could be Vairamuthu's song for the situation !

How did 'Kabali' get a 'U' certificate? The Il'logic' of Film Certification

As a parent, I don’t wish to soundproof my child from popular culture – but I do wish that the CBFC would be more consistent in how they classify films

The “Kabali” festival is still going strong despite mixed reviews from critics and Rajini-sceptics. Amidst all the celebrations, though, there are some murmurs in the Kollywood grapevine about “Kabali” managing to get a ‘U’ certificate – after all, it’s a gangster film that has plenty of violence, with people dropping dead like flies in every other scene. There are shots of Kabali mowing someone down with a car, a pregnant woman held at knife-point and thrown to the ground brutally and several scenes where goons get shot in their head. There’s a severed arm in a box that’s delivered as a warning and towards the end, there’s a rather graphic visual of a hand getting shot and blown away. There are also references to drug and sex trade in the film.


It's an open secret in the film industry that the gods in the Central Board of Film Certification tend to be pleased more easily by the offerings of certain devotees over others - the more powerful you are, the faster you skip the queue to get your darshan, after all! So is it because "Kabali" is a Rajinikanth film that it got away with a lenient certification?

The lyrics in Kabali are by Kabilan, Vivek, Uma Devi & Arunraja Kamaraj..Is Vairamuthu's grouse for sidelining him?
