World's tallest building opens highest observation deck

Visitors to the world's tallest building can now get an even more elevated view of the surrounding area in Dubai.



A new observation deck has been constructed on the 2,717ft Burj Khalifa skyscraper that visitors can now pay to ride up to on the 148th floor.



That is 1,821ft above street level, making it the world's highest observation deck, according to Guinness World Records.
