Why Matsya and Kurma Avatars are not worshiped like other avatars?

Why Matsya and Kurma avatars are notworshiped like other avatars? Vamana as trivikrama, varaha has temples insouth. Rama, Krishna, Balarama and Narasimha avatars are worshiped and manytemples are there across India. A separate question was asked about Balaramaavatar. Kalki is yet to come.

Here goes the temples of Matsya & Kurma avatars:

Matsya temples:

• Shankhodara temple in Bet Dwarka, Gujarat
• Vedanarayana Temple in Nagalapuram, Chitoor, Andhra Pradesh.
• Rajagopala Swami Temple in Mannarkovil, Tamil Nadu
• Koneswaram temple, Trincomalee, Sri Lanka (This temple is currently destroyed)

Vedanarayana Temple in Nagalapuram, Chitoor, Andhra Pradesh

Kurma temples

• Sri Kurmam, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh.
• Kurmai, Chitoor, Andhra Pradesh

We have less temples as they were not manifestations in Earth...The other avatars such as Rama, Krishna, Vamana, Narasimha were manifestations in earth
