What we have been practicing (Especially South Indians from Tamil Nadu, and those who pray to Lord Ganesha (Pillaiyar) before their exams ) for generations is now packaged by Yale university school of Medicine as Superbrain Yoga to increase intelligence.
Nothing but our simple Pillaiyar THOPPUKARNAM..Amazing.
Who knows! They may even patent it and sell it back to India !

Reiki is nothing but our chakra system which got exported thru buddhism to far east.In fact Mikai Usui was a christian pastor who preached reiki and made it popular.Another instance where Hindus educated people of far east people.I hold two degree in reiki therapy

it is true that yoga, reiki,pranic healing etc have been developed and practised in india by the great rishis centuries ago.( may be in different names) But our forefathers never bothered to develop . And we have deveoped a habit of assuming anything 'of indian origin' is inferior and of 'foreign origin' superior. I will write more on this at a later date
