It is tough for all of us to annual thithi at home particularly for those living in foreign counties .Particularly the cooking as it has done alone and with no help.
Madhya Kailas Temple in Adyar/Taramani did it until 2014 after that it now does it on annual basis

Is there any other temple or religious center which performs annual thithi ,Sadaram or Pithru Kattalai initiative on behalf of the kartha on the permanent basis

Please don't trust temples as HRD will make sure nothing is done. The best way would be to approach Shankara Matt and Ramakrishana Mutt and I am told they are extremely honorabe. The idea of templs being pious is a prehistorical time belief.
Howdo I know? A priest (but not regularly will visit homes, but will perform only in temples and will not take any money. He did it as a service and he is no more).
