Shushumna nadi= சூழ்முனை நாடி, is it right? I am not able to retrieve from your earlier thread due to slow navigation of the site. I remember lord's one leg is on moolatharam and the other is facing swathistanam activating pingala and ida nadis as the like, not correctly remember,can reproduce that particular verse or mail it with permission of the portal moderator.
