Viral fevers are back with a vengeance this monsoon...Alarming increase in infections!!

Many strains of viral are rampant in rainy season.

Sometimes when body develops temp, difficult to identify if it is viral or typhoid or malaria.

one goes thru diagnostic cycles for each with treatments utilising classes of anti biotics. Now many are having low intensity viral with temp. lasting over a week

which can leave the body weak. Nurses are on strike [indefinite] throwing patients at the mercy of doctors who are over worked. Private fellows charge wild fees.

Poor are really suffering.

I have a relative in bangalore in hospital for last 15 days[He has changed one hospital]. Still his temp is 100 degrees. He is helpless.Hospital is unable to diagnose his

illness. It is only low intensity fever .

If senior citizens get into such mess, it becomes difficult. It is not life threatening. It is sufficient to cause misery for the patient and others around them
