The Usha machine was purchased by my dad in the 60's...Most of the repair work, making border for sarees used to be done at home...As a child I used to help my mom when she was having difficulty in changing the bobbin or inserting the thread in the needle..The machine is now lying idle in the last 2 decades...No one wants to dispose it as it kindles fond memories
