Understanding the fundamentals of time units

Re-learning "right" principles
Dear Community,

I am learning on the fundamentals of how time needs to be addressed as per vedic benchmarks.

I have stumbled upon this video: (1) Concept of time [cyclic and eternal], 100 Brahma years (Hindu units of time) explained - YouTube

However, I feel this video gives a top-down approach and stops at the lowest level of Human-Years.

Now, when I see this chart from one of the astrology sites, the minimum I can interpret is (1).

I learnt about (2) from Samvatsara, Sāṃvatsara, Saṃvatsara: 17 definitions (wisdomlib.org).

However, I still don't get how seeding point is defined for one samvatsara?

So, I seek further deep-dive or any explanations/pointers on any of the given below points. Thanks.
