When to do tharpanam on the occasion of Surya grahan at the beginning of grahan or at the end

After ensuring that the Grahanam has started in the place where you are situated, please take bath and do tharpanam. For solar eclipse the tharpanam is to be performed when Grahanam starts, say within 30 to 45 minutes..
