Subramanian Swamy wants Delhi CM Kejriwal prosecuted for corruption, writes to LG

He says that it is proven that SKN Associates Limited and its four subsidiary companies paid Rs. 50 lakh each to Aam Aadmi Party on April 5, 2014.

BJP member Subramanian Swamy on Thursday wrote to Delhi Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung seeking sanction for prosecution against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia for corruption.

Swamy’s move comes just days after the Delhi government recommended sanction of prosecution against BJP leader Subramanian Swamy in connection with a case of writing an allegedly "inflammatory" article in a Mumbai daily in 2011.

Swamy has alleged that Kejriwal during his first tenure as CM from December 28, 2013 to February 14, 2014 and his then Finance Minister Manish Sisodia had illegally favoured M/s SKN Associates Limited, despite it being a VAT defaulter.

In his petition, Swamy has attached a list of VAT defaulters who were served show cause notice by the Commissioner, in which SKN also figures, and this list was released just 10 days before the CM assumed office on December 28, 2013.

This is a valid issue which has made the AAP on defensive mode. Why BJP and Congress did not use this issue properly is not known,

But we should appreciate AAP atleast announced its donors list in public..Other parties do not even declare the donor list..Till the process of donation to parties is made transparent & public we will not be able to find out if there is corruption ,,,Not sure if this will stand legal scrutiny!

AAP proclaims that they are the only crusaders to eradicate corruption in public life. Let Mr Arvind Khejriwal prove his & AAP's innocence. There are accusations against AAP that the party is being funded by external forces also, which are prejudicial to India's interests. Nobody can say that any political party is surviving without corporate donations. But AAP is the only party claiming to be pure. While AAP shouts much against BJP, it's deafening silence on corruption by Congress may be noticed by observers !

All get donation to some extent from corporates.
Many parties turn their black /ill-gotten /corruption money into white by preparing lengthy donation list!!
