Srartham for Brahmachari (bachelor)

My son passed away due to Bone Cancer. I have not performed
Upanayanam for him.
Please let me know whether I should perform varusha Srartham for him or not.

sorry for the loss...i dont think varusha sratham for brahmacharis/unmarried girls...may be some scholars

can explain more in detail...but a small suggestion...help a poor brahmin boy for school/college education..

Sorry for your loss. From what I know, if the boy didn’t have Brahma yagnam, there is no thevasam for the kid as he has not been inculcated into the gothram formally. You may check your house Vaadhiyar as well to confirm.
