Some days before a Veda Parayana was chanted in my house. After chanting, the Pandits took meals/ tiffen as per their choice, and I enquired for what they chanted the hymns, what are all the benefits and the meaning of that text. The Chief said it is for loga shema!, when people are so selfish how the word came as logashema? Then I asked what chapter they read. "7th Ganda" the reply. Then I asked or the meaning of that text. He said he don't know!

Then I goggled and found that it is Miturnjaya mantra, for keeping good health, that when in application in yaga gives extra hemoglobin, activates the life energy.

My findings are shred herewith.
