Similarly Coconut also is a possibility.

It can be anything..even God is referred to as That as in Tat Tvam Asi and described as Idam and Adah as in Purnam Adah Purnam Idam...so why cant we humans be called by It?

A dead person could also be an answer because the body is 'that'!!

P.S: A baby in the womb is referred to as 'that' and hence my answer.
