Riddle: Where Does The Extra Man Come From?

I got time to solve the puzzle only this evening! :)

Here it goes:

There are 3, 2, 2, 3, 2 men in the five columns, from our left side, making twelve in number.

When the first five men are cut, ONLY the tip of the hair of the man (A), down in the left column, is cut.

Other seven men are cut in such a way that the man at the back in the fourth column from left has slight cut in shoes!

The seven cut-men are slid and fixed from the SECOND man in the first column, instead of the the first man A.

The five cut-men are moved to make the five men in fourth and fifth columns complete.

So, the man A has a deep hair cut. And the 'extra' man has flat shoes!!

Please watch again and see the fun!! :spy:

As I already knew the riddle, I've not responded. The riddle is a good one and can be solved if you are observant.
