Question about Gautam Buddha and Astrology

Hello everyone,
I read somewhere that it is not allowed to take help of different Vedic astrologers at different times regarding ( the same ) problem.
But I also read that when Buddha was born, many Jyotishes read his kundali.
Which info is correct?

There is no rule that one cannot consult different astrologers for the same problem. (BTW, what is vedic astrologer? Is it a reference to Brahman astrologer?) The only danger is that each astrologer is likely to give a different cause and parihaaram and one will go crazy (if not a pauper) doing all those parihaarams. There is no guarantee that the original problem would be solved!!
