I am not giving any puzzles in this post but wish to share how I got puzzled at the ignorance of 'learned' youth!!

1. One guy said he has NOT seen Super Moon so far in his life!

(It would have surely come many times after his birth!)

2. Another one said that he has NOT seen a Blue colored Moon!

(He did not know that Blue Moon means the second full Moon that appears in one calendar month!)

3. This was the TOP! This guy said that the Moon will be 15 TIMES bigger than its usual size and
30 TIMES brighter than usual. (OMG!! Has he NOT studied about '%' in his school??) :faint:

Old wine in a new bottle!

Three people check into a hotel.

They take out $ 10 each and pay $ 30 to the manager and go to their room.

The manager suddenly remembers that the room rent is $ 25 and gives $ 5 to the porter to return to the people.

On the way to the room, the porter thinks that $ 5 would be difficult to share among three people; so he keeps

$ 2 and give $ 1 to each person.

Now each person paid $ 10 and got back $1.

So they paid $ 9 each, totaling $ 27. The porter has $ 2, totaling $ 29.

Where is the missing $1?

it is easy madam, total amount spent by the residents is $27 , room rent $25 plus $2 pocketed by bell boy all tallied. Where is $1, why are you confused

Rajiji your puzzle is good.

$25 (with the manager), $3 (returned to the 3 guests) and $2 (with the bellboy).

What missing dollar? $2 for the bellboy plus 3 guys each taking a dollar ($1x3=$3) equals $5. There is no missing dollar.

Normal men do not share rooms in a hotel in the USA.

Dear Prasad Sir,

It is drawn by an artist and NOT photoshopped.

It is only the imagination of that artist. :thumb:

Devi Sita goes with Mother Earth, soon after handing over their twin sons to Rama.

Sri Rama fought his own children Lava and Kusa and finally Sri Sita goes to Mother Earth

EZ ones!

1. When asked about her age, Aunt Tracey said she was 35 years old, not counting weekends.

How old was she?

2. A man died and left all of his money to be divided amongst his widow, four daughters, and three sons. He insisted

each daughter receive three times as much as each son, and each son should receive twice as much as their mother.

If the exact amount left was $7,936, how much should the widow receive?

mother x + sons 6x +daughters 24x ,
31x = 7936, then x = 256
mother should receive $256
