The mother with baby...Others are old & have lived their lives..In terms of preference we should give the seat to the mother & baby
 
It is up to the person sitting in the seat. He occupies the seat now it is his decision.
He may choose the 1st desirable person, in this case the mother and child, she can pass and let the next person in line take it.
 
I think the person with the bandage on leg should get it. others are in a better health condition then him.
 
WHO SHOULD SIT ON THE SEAT...??


This Puzzle is NOT about preference but about OBSERVATION... You can see four vacant seats [ two behind the man sitting and two on the right side back row... So all the four can comfortably..seated ...This is the correct answer...
