dear all

recently, i performed upanayanam/brahmopadesam to my grandson.
on the previous day of the upanayanam, we conducted ganapathy
homom/navagraha homam and in the evening udagasanthi.

we belong to yajur veda/apasthamba sutra.

all the functions went off well. but one of my relative made a statement
that the vadyar had omitted/forgotten some of the mantras/sooktam while
performing navagraha homom/udagasanthi.


since my another grandson's upanayanam is taking place shortly, i want
know the procedure and which are all the mantras/sooktam to be chanted
on these functions so that i can politely tell the vadyar to follow the
suggested procedure.
