I don't know from where you picked up this erroneous gaayatree for maariyamman. The first line contains one syllable more than what is allowed for gaayatree metre. Secondly what you have given in English alphabets can be read in various ways. Kindly give such important (I think you feel these to be important, going by the description of its effects.) mantras error-free, not copy-pasted from some second rate website and note to give the sanskrit or IAST or HK version also.

"pisaasathvajaaya" means born out of pisaasathva or the quality of being a pisaacu பிசாசு. It might be piśācajāyā which has the meaning 'wife of piśāca'; even then I feel it is against our Tamil people's belief that muthumaariyamman is the consort of muthambalavaaNar who is considered to be an "amsa" of Siva. So, kindly be very sure before posting mantras full of such errors and may wound the sensibilities of believers who know the meaning.

You say this maariyamman gaayatree will "elevate" Evil spirit's disturbance; who in the world will recite it then!

The correct rendering of the other two gāyatrīs is :—

mahālakṣmyai ca vidmahe viṣṇupatnyai ca dhīmahi |
tanno lakṣmīḥ pracodayāt ||

kātyāyanāya vidmahe kanyakumāri dhīmahi |
tanno durgiḥ pracodayāt ||
