Nope, nothing will change the negative narrative !! This govt has destroyed millions and millions of people's livelyhood by the disastrous demo and GST,

Hence nothing will change people's opinion. The only open question is how vast this devastation is ?? And we will find out when elections are declared.

Main be Chowkhidhar ! Are you ? Can this blunt Chowkhidhar Chor hai campaign?

The other side of the coin...

After Modi released the video, #MainBhiChowkidar became Twitter's top worldwide trend today with close to 30,000 retweets and around 80,000 likes.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi changes his Twitter name after many supporters started the trend

As soon as the #MainBhiChowkidar theme started catching on, several supporters of the Prime Minister started prefixing their name with 'Chowkidar' in solidarity and in support of the Prime Minister.

There used to be gramophone records earlier. At times, it would get stuck and play the same words again and again. Can't help, if some members repeated comments on Namo remind this to us. lol

In the run-up to the 2014 elections, the BJP had responded to Congress leader Manishankar Aiyar's 'chaiwala' jibe at Modi by launching a 'Chai pe Charcha' campaign where Modi interacted with people over a cup of tea.

Simultaneously, BJP unveiled the 'Main Bhi Chowkidar' merchandise – T-shirts, badges and caps – on its website as well as the NaMo APP. Through the campaign, the BJP is hoping to capitalise on the 'chowkidar chor hai' jibe hurled at the Prime Minist...

An interaction on similar lines is planned as part of the campaign later this month.

Please understand, the informal sector which is around 90% is struggling due to demo and GST. And joblessness is at a 45 year high. Most of the youth are jobless. You would have noticed the jump in joblessness in your own neighbourhood.

In this backdrop, there is no poitive wave for this govt. so these campaigns will not help like it did in 2014 except energising their own core supporters.

Remember, if people have no food, no jobs, they are not gong to be excited in supporting any govt or anyone for that matter.

And to complicate the matters, Rahul is going all over the chantry and saying he will give garaunteed minimum income to all the poor. You know what happens when you give a stick to a drowning population.

Now how can anyone know that the entire informal population is suffering ?? This is where economics comes in. Remember again chief economic advisor our very own Aravind Subramaniam statement - demo was a massive draconian monetary shock !!

Any massive draconian monetary shock will lead to an "Avalanche" which has slowly and surely destroyed millions and million of businesses all over the country.

Even if 10% of population is affected by this draconian shock in each Loksabha constituency, they will vote against BJP. Now my prediction of 50 seats for this govt makes sense ?? Shocking but highly possible !!

This is why I said, the Pulwama Balakot strikes actually lulled this govt into a false sense of victory leading them to declare elections immeditely.

There are bundle of lies... repeatedly posted, without any basis. There are exaggerated statements. Facts are twisted misleading the reader.

I only remember the quote of Joseph Goebbles

1552868515571-png.7212 Modi Government Score Card for the last 4.3 years

Public are the best judges.... and they know very well that the policies/initiatives taken by this Government are not NOT SOMETHING LIKE INSTANT COFFEE, most of them require enough time to yield result.

They know pretty well that they need to be patient.

And they also know that Namo does not have any Magic wand to eradicate the mess created by the predecessor Government.

Garabi Hatao no body would have forgotten this slogan during 1971 Election campaign and how THEY were disappointed.

Why they rejected the Congress and the Gandhi's in 2014...??

Of course, there may be public who wanted to give Namo another opportunity and this is also a prediction.

Let us wait....

It does mean that Bullying minds deserve only craps. lol

Perhaps other side of the coin....

A look at some of the achievements of PM Narendra Modi in last 5 years

A brief look at government's achievements in various sectors

Narendra Modi – Prime Minister: Narendra Modi took over as Prime Minister of the country on 26th May, 2014 on the back of gloomy days and various corruption scandals left behind by the Congress-led UPA government. Narendra Modi was the chief minister of Gujarat for 12 consecutive years and known for Gujarat model of development, before he took over as Prime Minister of India. People reposed faith in Narendra Modi and his slogan ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ and elected him with clear majority of 282 seats for BJP alone. This was after 30 years, that any party in India got a clear majority to form the government. True to his slogan of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’, PM Modi has charted out clear path for progress of India and all Indians without any discrimination, as we will see in the works in various sectors listed below.

Department of Space – ISRO directly works under, and reports to the Prime Minister. Though the success of ISRO is an incremental process, but ISRO’s launch of 104 satellites in one go, which created a world record, beating previous record of 37 satellites by Russia by a huge margin can be counted as big success. Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his last Independence Day speech of the current tenure from Red Fort has also announced to put the man in space before August 2022 when India celebrates its 75thyear of independence, which is also a significant announcement. India would be the only fourth country in the world – after USA, Russia and China to achieve this feat. Recently the cabinet has cleared manned mission at the cost of Rs 10,000 crore. ISRO chairman K Sivan recently said that, the ISRO is all set to launch Gaganyaan by December 2021. Indigenous navigation system, NavIC has also been launched by ISRO making India self-dependent in the navigation, and without having to depend on American Global Positioning System (GPS). It may be recalled that during the Kargil war, USA refused to provide GPS locations of Pakistani intruders to India, which hampered Indian operations a bit, however Indian army overcame those hurdles, and had convincing victory over Pakistan in the war. This incident however forced India to build indigenous navigation systems and ISRO lived up to the challenge, and it has launched NavIC for domestic use for common citizens, as well as Indian security agencies. Recently Tamil Nadu fishermen were provided with NavIC powered devices, to give them real time update about weather, position etc.

We all know which party was responsible all this mess and hence were shown the door.

One can engage with discussion or lock horn only with members who talk with some common sense, facts and figures AND CERTAINLY NOT WITH MODI HATERS, MODI BASHERS WHO KNOW ONLY TO REPEAT LIES.

It is better to ignore them and their flood of postings.

Please use common sense, very uncommon in india. Otherwise we would have long back become developed country !!

1. In your own neighbourhood, you are seeing businesses struggling. Just go out and talk to them and listen to their "problems". Don't ask whom do you support, use common sense, they will not openly say anything against the govt. LOL.

2. Out of all the struggling businesses in your area, let's say, only 10% of struggling traders vote against this govt.

3. Similarly you will see a lot of joblessness out in your area. Just talk to them and understand how deep are their frustrations. Let's say only 10% of jobless youth vote against the govt.

4. Similarly farmers vote against the govt which is pretty evident from the violent protests for over 2 yrs now.

5. Most seats in the 3 assembly seats, were lost due to NOTA votes.

So such a swing of few percent votes (not even the 10% prediction of mine is required) is all that takes for this govt to lose in a lot of seats across the country.

The above 3 groups - traders, youth and farmers overwhelmingly voted for this govt in the 2014 wave election !!!

When a political twist is spotted the response will be political and if money has no adjective(Black / White) then why a silly /sane adjective for political arguments and postures! Take the bull by its horn!

How does it matter if someone posts with a political leaning or twist or not ??

There are always Bakths, right wingers, left wingers, and centre wingers in any forum. Some who were supporting this govt like me have completely moved away due to disastrous policy issues.

If one does not agree with the others posts, counter it with strong arguments !!

Many of us Nuetral voters supported this govt only due to the development platform, and disgusted with the scams of upa2. And many of us grew with congress as most did, in 60s, 70s, 80s etc.. and we switched sides in 2014.

So we are asking where is ache din?, where is the development ??

No performance No vote !! Isn't it high time, we as a nation move to being "performance focused, result focused, outcomes focused".

I mean a lot of you do it in your corporate work right ?? So why around finding it hard to do the same thing in the political arena ??

If this govt loses this election, they will come back stronger next time and deliver on development !!

Sharing an article appeared in Economic Times, which is self-explanatory.

View: Narendra Modi’s chances of returning to power in 2019 elections are 50-50

In sum, Modi has a 50-50 chance of returning to power. Rahul Gandhi’s chances are somewhat less.

Media analysis in the first half of 2019 is going to focus on the coming general election in May, to the exclusion of almost everything else. Will Narendra Modi return to power? Will Rahul Gandhi beat expectations and win? Will a Third Front government emerge, as in 1996-98?

Predicting elections in India is a mug’s game. Opinion polls and exit polls differ widely from one another, and from reality. Voters simply do not tell the truth to pollsters. When one polling agency asked a voter w ..

Go and question the author as to how he said that Modi has got 50% chances to win.

Will you take the bull by its horns. lol

I expected this kind of childish and immature reaction from this rude imbecile member to my postings.

We do have such morons in this Forum who repeatedly post their misunderstandings and expect others to fall in line.

What to do…. If I go for a second fiddling, these morons will be pleased..

But, I posted contradicting opinions which were not to their liking..

I, just like others, shared information which I read somewhere.

This lunatic member can comment on my posting but he went on to the extent of passing comments on me which is unbecoming and proved that he is of third class.

Anyway, he proved that he is a filtered idiot hailing Pappu and his company of looters who looted the country for several decades

He also proved that by making more noise that he is an empty vessel with no knowledge on Indian politics

What I don’t understand is such filtered idiots talking about intelligence. lol

It is all part of the game. lol.

Biggest, Top 10 achievements of Modi Government in 4 years
The whole of BJP seems to be celebrating the completion of four years of Modi government in the center. The party has already started to promote the official celebrations which start on May 26th.

Top BJP ministers have been giving press interviews and talking about the achievements of Modi government over the last few days. The government has planned to organize Modi (Making of developing India) fest starting from May 26th, which will go on until June 15th.

Though India has been optimistic under the leadership of Narendra Modi, there are still a lot of issues which remain to be addressed. This article, however, lists 10 biggest achievements of the central BJP government under the leadership of Narendra Modi.

Strengthened economy

While being the chief minister of Gujarat, Narendra Modi had proven himself to be a great supporter of the economic movement. A strong economy has been on the top of Narendra Modi achievements.

Under his leadership, Gujarat became one of the most prosperous states in the country and he signed deals with a lot of foreign companies and governments. Narendra Modi has been successful in replicating the same on a bigger level. His foreign tours have brought in a lot of investment with Japan investing in the first bullet train in the country. Though the world shows slower progress, the Indian economy has been progressing with over 7% rate, making it one of the most positive signs for the future.

Improved International relations
Foreign policy has been among the top Modi achievements.
