From what I observed, participation carrys importance, which governs junior/senior status. This I observed from the counter on the right side for every member.

why do you start topics and do not contribute any further? pray what is your view of us ie to answer your queries only? or to join together in discussions.

i am particularly referring to your another post, where as raghy mentioned, there was so many inputs since june 10 (threads on threads) for which you did not even make one comment.

it is sort of insulting to other members, who respected your query and made it a point to comment.
