There ware a lot of posts condemning Tablighi Jamaat for their irresponsible lockdown violation, and it is justified.
But the same esteemed members were "missing from action" when a similar violation committed by Hindus or Sikhs. And that is hypocritical and biased.
Social distancing norms went for a toss when devotees participated in the chariot pulling festival in Kalaburagi area of Karnataka. Around 100 to 150 people gathered for the event despite a pan-India lockdown till 3 May, 2020. The Sub Inspector of the area has been suspended and a case has been registered in this matter.
