In a large government office the assistant appointed to open mails, sort and distribute to various Head of Departments,one day by mistake had opened Demi official letter addressed to a HOD. Realising his mistake he quietly enclosed the envelope and letter with a chit mentioning “pardon me sir, by mistake the letter was opened by me”. He sent them in a folder to the official. The officer returned the folder writing on the chit “ not only you opened my letter but also put your initials on the letter . So you erase your initials and initial the erasure and then return to me
