This is just misleading. ISIS was created to oust the Syrian ruler and is still controlling many areas of Iraq. Basically ISIS and Sunni insurgents are not different at all. For us in India, the possibility of Pakistan bringing in ISIS to fight its war against India is very strong. Have we any news about what our Modi government is doing to face such an eventuality?

Regarding the first part of your query, as such IS is controlling huge swathes of land in Syria and Iraq...See the black shaded portion in map above..I just mentioned that they have lost a small but significant portion..It is a psychological loss to them!

On the second part, I think our tit for tat is working...Pakistanis know that Modi means business and if there is any provocation from their side then we will give a fitting reply
