Two male lions were recently photographed “mating” in Botswana, ignoring the lioness.
Nicole Cambre is a lawyer and award-winning photographer from Belgium who was recognized by National Geographic in 2014 for her nature imagery. Last month, Cambre was in Botswana on safari in the Lagoon area when she spotted the two male lions.

Homosexuality in animals has long been discussed by experts. In 2012, the Yale Scientific published a piece saying the prevalence of which may be “much more common than previously thought” and could include above 10 percent of species around the world.
In the wild, male lions may exhibit homosexual behavior to reinforce bonds and allegiance.
“No species has been found in which homosexual behavior has not been shown to exist, with the exception of species that never have sex at all, such as sea urchins and aphis,” zoologist Petter Bøckman told The Guardian Liberty Voice. “Moreover, a part of the animal kingdom is hermaphroditic, truly bisexual. For them, homosexuality is not an issue.”

Yes it cut and paste job. Unlike some of pure "original" thought poster, I did not go to Botswana.

May be the male lions could not find a female match.

Why?

What led to the drastic act of homosexuality?

What happened to the females?

Did they run away with a Zebra or a Giraffe and have an inter species liaison?

What led to degradation of Simha Dharma that the Simhis(Lionesses) left their Kula?

Or may be the Simhis wanted a more Sattva lifestyle and ran away with a Herbivour?

Its high time Simhas fight for their females..after all Singh Is King!

If the poster had given his insights into the behaviour of the simhas it would have become original.

Any way thanks for bringing this most urgent and burning issue of the day to the notice of the members here. LOL.

The simple diagnosis is this:
The lion's were eating plain vegan food for too long. So they got into a bad patch of rajo guna period. And that resulted in this kinky behavior. LOL
