IRCTC launches pre Paid Card

[TD="width: 93%, align: left"] Physical Card : Plastic magnetic strip card will be issued to the customer. Customer can request for the physical card from IRCTC website, Union Bank website www.unionbankofindia.co.in or from select branches of Union Bank.

Physical card has two variants

a) Partial KYC Physical card
b) Full KYC Physical card

Both Partial KYC Physical card and Full KYC Physical card are valid for three years. There is no renewal of these cards. After expiry period of three years, card holder has to request for new card.

[TD="width: 93%, align: left"] Virtual Card: Card credentials such as card no, cvv no. etc are sent to customers email id and using these credentials, customers can book railway tickets.

Virtual card is valid for one year. There is no renewal of these cards. After expiry period of one year, card holder has to request for new card. Customer can request for virtual card from IRTC website www.irctc.co.in or from Union Bank website www.unionbankofindia.co.in
