Indian growth robust powered by domestic engine, says Nomura

MUMBAI: Rising disposable income, a normal monsoon, boost from the sixth pay commission and public infrastructure by the government will support India's growth next fiscal even as the rest of the world faces concerns, Nomura economists Sonal Varma and Neha Saraf said in a note on Monday.

India's growth is holding up due to a robust local economic environment even as the rest of the world is jittery, the economists said comparing India's composite leading index to the seven richest cou ..

Nomuras economists are smart and taking the company for a ride.

The ifs -normal monsoon,is a dream with climate change.

It is seventh pay commission not sixth -shows level of ignorance of the writer .

Public infrastructure spending are potential investment scams and an endless pit for throwing good money.

There is only direction for indian economy.Down or status quo at best

It will catch up with other emerging economies with a % more or so.

We will get nothing better than hindu rate of growth -reforms or not.

Indian stock markets which are a true barometer and are predicting nothing better before 2017-18.

Until then enjoy the dreams of Namo govt beforel they become nightmares.

It is those who have the habit of wandering in dreamland do come here to write about their dreamland experinces which are practically nothing to do with ground reality.

" Nomura's predictions come on a day when India's manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) go back into expansionary territory with a reading of 51.1 in January, compared with 49.1 in December driven by consumer goods and higher new businesses "

This is the fact.

Statistics .lol

It is like 7.2 % cooked up GDP growth.

Central bank of india{RBI} is waving hands in air changing CRR , interst rates lower than 7% with banks simply pocketing all reliefs to improve their bottom line and

not passing on anything to end borrower.

There is only shadow boxing between RBI and banks .

Monetory policies with talks of controlling fiscal deficit by pocketing fuel price reductions to general public is causing only hardship and is unethical.

If govt itself starts cheating the gullible public, What motivation could be there to be honest for common people?

Poor and lower middle class constituting 50 % of population is taking the brunt of bad economic management with spiralling food prices and reduction of MNREGA.

Only poverty can go up with this callous govt , not production or consumption.

Some perverted minds have no other alterntive except to keep despairing and grumbling post after post with no reliable information to feed and are unawre of the fact that such posts are considered nothing but trash.

Minds which were influenced by scams like Common Wealth Game SCam, Madhu Koda Mining Scam, 2G Spectrum Scam, Scorpene Submarne Scme, Stamp Paper Scam, etc etc , such reports projecting actual growth may be bit anoying.lol

Reaction reveals the disbursed mind.

Keep writing ..ah ... ah.

When a controlled economy gets decontrolled , scams will take place.

I would not be surprised if there are scams in civil infrastructure building, solar power , coal block ,minerals, privatisation of PSU , railways ,telecom and anything else

govt is involved in.

It does not matter which party is in power.

Where is an honest politician? It is a myth.

Let the doomsayers keep their mind busy writing a lot ingoring the facts and figures until 2019.

One does not fill empty bellies with facts and figures .

Tell your statistics to starving rurals in marathwada, people in knee deep water in chennai due to overflowing lakes.

They will kiss you on both cheeks and tell you to keep your statistics in your pockets.

Those who are longing to fill up their empty bellies should go to restaurant. Coming to a Forum and grumbling ஒப்பாரி over issues serves no purpose.

The Government depends upon the statistics for everything and in respect of flood, famine, draught, etc. only as to the loss of lives, loss of property and financial assistances required, etc.

What for the Central Team visits to States, it is to survey and to ascertain the actual damage caused and to arrive at the loss and to recommend compensation. Everything is statistics here.

In Delhi, there is a Department of by name Ministry of Statistics and programme implementation functioning at Centrla Secretariat.

Go and meet the staff serving there and tell them about your unfounded theory on statistics.

They will kiss you on both cheeks and tell you to keep your valuable theory in your pockets and take dip at Yamuna and thus clear your sins.

I know some in dept of statistics and program implementation , who are under pressure to cook up statistics so that they do not appear bad.

They are in singara chennai .

In fact some are recalled from retirement to help in window dressing .

It requires decent experience to put out decent believable lies.

Younger employees can only celebrate valentine day and may be good candidates for a hug.

Not only those who are in the Department ofStatistics and Program Implementation are under pressure but it is the residence of Delhi aka Delhiites are nowadays under great pressure.

There is threat of increase in pollution level with odd-even scheme implemented by the Government to reduce pollution level.

Pilling up of garbage with the strike by the employees of the Civic body and the stinking roads.

Locals police using third degree methods to disperse the protesting college boys.

Under such circumstances, it is normal for anaverage Delhiite to get his mind disturbed over such burning issues.

But for a change and break, anyone is free to try retired staff, most of whom are at Delhi also and have an exciting time, as ours is the land of ‘Kamasutra’.lol

Some have strange taste. lol

Forum's self styled Economic Prophet who is in the habit of preaching more untiringly appears to be suffering from old age illusion and hence more flow of pessimistic remarks.

Keep it up.
