He

He knows what to talk,
but knows not what not to talk.

He knows what to see,
but knows not what not to see.

He knows what is available,
but knows not what is not available.

He knows what to ask,
but knows not what not to ask.

He knows what to choose,
but knows not what not to choose.

He knows whom to move with,
but knows not whom not to move with.

He knows how to climb up,
but knows not how to climb down.

He knows how the light came in,
but knows not how it went out.

He knows how to learn,
but knows not how to unlearn.

He knows how and when to start,
but knows not how and when to stop.

Alright, who is this ‘he’?
He is in you and me and everyone.
