Consent will not be required for acquiring lands by the development and industry people. Those who have vacant lands in far off places beware. The great industrialization is coming. Do not go for lands if you cannot occupy it immediately and physically. It is to be seen whether whole India is going to accept this revolution (?) or revolt. I know lot of vested interests are laughing into their sleeves. I hope government will come up with nationalisation of unoccupied or useless properties.
