I want a clarification whether kashyapa gothram and nitruba kashyapa gothram are one and the same and whether matrimonial alliance between these two gothrams are not acceptable.please enlighten me.

Not exactly. Pravara for Nithruva Kashyapaa: Kashyapa-Aavatsara-Naithruva. And for Kashyapa: (Kaatyayana Sutra: Kashyapa,Vatsara-naithruva-Repa - Ripa - Sandila - Sandilya. So it is almost same gotra marriage. When 2 rishis are common, it is considered same gotra for marriage purposes.

can u explain much more looklike same gothras other than naithrupa kasyapa and kasyapa....any other similar gothras?...
