Garuda Temple, Koladevi, Mudiyur Cross, Mulbagalu

Garuda carries Lord Vishnu in one hand and Mahalakshmi Thayar on the other.

Where: Garuda Temple, Koladevi, Mudiyur Cross, Mulbagalu, Karnataka.

A rare temple where Garuda is the Presiding Deity (Mool Moorthi)

Garuda is seen in a standing position, In his right hand, he is carrying Lord Vishnu with a bow and in his left hand, he is carrying Mahalakshmi Thayar. They are not seated directly on his shoulder but on a small pedestal in Garuda's hand.

Garuda and Vishnu are looking left towards Hanuman Sannidhi. But Mahalakshmi Thayar is looking straight at the devotees.
