Folks,

This based on my experiences. I am beginning to gradually feel that different experience which is positive in me. Thoughts seem to be much more spontaneous. Negative emotions more or less are non existent. Yes I am beginning to really feel spirituality at work. It seems the experiences will become more and more positive though I am not sure what will be the ultimate experience.

Started this thread to give support to the claim of positive experiences when spiritual energy increases.

I very much believe everyone has the potential to bring about such experiences. It is not just about the experiences , it does enhance confidence in self, respect and love for others, helps to think with clarity and in general creates a holistic improvement in personality.

I would guess ultimately the very existence and consciousness would be bliss. I would be glad to share my experiences and intuitions so that it may help others also in their spiritual journey.

BTW Sravna...why do we have to keep cultivating "spirituality?"

Cant we just lead a normal life without the need to pay over the top attention to spirituality...tell me one earth shaking change you have made to this world by all these?

Dear Renuka,

Good question. I have not made any major contribution to society but I am planning to and striving for it. Hopefully I will.

Regarding the feeling, it is not frequent but getting more frequent and I can identify it as bliss. Even breathing becomes a blissful experience. In addition I have had positive experiences which I am not able to describe aptly.
