I know, we women drivers are always the butt of jokes. But if you google, you'll see more youtube videos of manic male drivers than female!
(BTW, my day job sometimes gets very busy, so I'm silent for long periods! Today is a Friday, the official weekend, which is why I'm catching up on the TB site.)

This i funny..but you know I must be a good driver cos when I drive my husband pulls his seat down and sleeps!LOL

May be he is too scared and thought sleeping thru my driving is a better option!LOL

Yes I agree..I tend to take more time to park cos I make sure I am not hitting any car while parking and I also reverse park so that it is easier to take out the car when I want to leave.

I remember when I was an intern..one of the nut case consultants noticed how I park my car at the hospital car park and told me "you take a lot of trouble to reverse park the car so that you can zoom off when work is over..the rest of us do not reverse park our cars cos we just want to park and get into work..this shows that you want it to be easy when you go home and drive out right away and this shows that you do not like your work and want to escape as soon as possible"

I used to think what an idiot..isn't it obvious that when I am done at work I want to go home...unlike him who used to hang around the hospital even when not on duty cos he does not get along with his wife!LOL

#6: Renuka, it takes all kinds of nut-cases to make the world! I'm like you too; I reverse park so that I can leave the scene early!
As for putting make-up. I'm sorry, PJ sir, I think that's a myth men have made up about women. I've never ever done that nor have I ever seen a woman applying make-up while driving.
Yes, we do take a bit longer to park and make u-turns but that's because we girls are born perfectionists! )

Next time when your husband is seated beside you in the car, check his pulse rate, you can do it, when at home and again even before you start, probably you may find it different.

There is always a difference between men and women parking; My daughter and daughter in law both take more time to park and they too wish to face the road while parking; They take long time to find a convenient parking space where as my son parks where ever space available quickly.

Fortunately my wife does not know Driving!!! he he he.. As my office provided me transport, i did not learn Driving except two wheeler driving which i use occasionally for going to short distance like to Veg market.
