Dear Jayashree,

Gradual weight loss plan always works better. Butter milk plays an important role for those who wish to lose weight. Mix a jug of very thin

buttermilk (one cup curd and about two liters of water!) and drink about two glasses, half an hour before each meal and evening snack.

Eat healthy food with minimum oil and say NO to sugar. Then check yourself after six months! :)
 
Thanks for the tip, Raji Mam! :) Definitely we will feel full and take only really small servings, with the thin buttermilk before meal. Good idea for portion control!
