4.1 Can those state governments route all food stuffs through their Fair price shops ( ration shop) on account so that the people get their food essentials with the promise to pay the money when the situation eases or during next visit.
4.2 Milk and vegetables sales also to be routed through fair price shops and sold on account till the situtation eases.
4.3 Provide all collections made in small denominations through their treasuries, temples etc and route it to the banking channel for distribution
4.4 educate the public on providing opportunity to those to exchange who have not so far exchanged at all....
4.5 spread the information on going digital in payments
4.6 educate on demanding receipts every where they make payments....( why not a vegetable vendor too) in cities it is now mostly in pazhamudir nilayams!
