Good Morning Pandit ji,Can any one please explain how to do cow Daanam?each preist is saying differently.one of them saying gold should be kept in the horns of cows and gave the cow and calf to one person to grow for 1 week and then only donate.other one saying gold should be kept on hooves of cow too and pearl garland should be worn on cow's neck.other one saying bhojana to some Brahmins should be given..Please guide us to the correct way..

I do not know the right ritual, so I am not commenting on it.
But instead of Donating a cow to a priest who may or may not know animal husbandry. Please consider the alternative.
