Can we buy a new house during the month of July/August 2013 (Aani / Aadi Masam)? Appreciate your reply. Thanks.

I would suggest postponing, if possible. If completely unavoidable, then at least postpone grahapravesham until Aug mid. Your nakshatram, subhadhinam among others count for the right day. Please consult your vadyar / astrologer for this.

Thanks for your reply. Is it okay to identify the property and pay some advance to confirm (during July 2013) and followed by the registration after Mid of August 2013.

My elders tell me - aim for full compliance and settle for what's practical. I don't have too much to add to their wisdom.
