Caption itself is thought provoking. A suggestion is given to perform the monthly pitru tharpaNam in a common place, a get together occasion for Brahmins. However worth the suggestion is and relevance in today's existing brahmin culture (!), it is just a wishful thinking. Just a piece for sharing with the members of this thread.

It is a good suggestion. I think local vadhyars can organise such a service at a common place like Avani Avittam. It will save lot of time for vadhyar's also since he need not have to make a call to each and every client.

I think this proposal can be put into Vadhyars and they can mobilize his clients at local level.
