I recently came to know that vaisvadewam is one of the nithya karmas to be done in noon after madhyahnikam, brahmayagnam and devapooja. I searched the net and tried from all my known sources for its mantra prayogam. All say that nobody is doing so they dont have the prayogam. I heard that it can also be done in the form of tharpanam. Iam planning to do it. So i request you to kindly provide me the mantra prayogam for apastamba sutra.
