A good one! But unreal!

[h=1]BJP’s Margdarshak Mandal, Shatrugan Sinha, Shiv Sena to form ‘communal’ Mahagatbandhan[/h] Posted on November 12, 2015 by Ashwin Kumar

After the Mahagatbandhan, a conglomerate of ‘secular’ anti-Modi forces led by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar tasted success in the recently concluded Bihar elections by defeating the BJP, sections of the ruling NDA have now floated their own imitation of the grand alliance. The sections include the BJP’s retirement home Margdarshak Mandal, BJP MPs Shatrugan Sinha, Yashwant Sinha and the Shiv Sena.

“When the big party of this country, the ruling party reeks of arrogance and thereby, failure, it is time for small parties to unite and teach them a lesson. The secular Mahagatbandhan in Bihar did that extremely well and made these guys eat humble pie. Once that happened, us dissenters in the NDA also wanted to come up with our own ‘communal’ version of the grand alliance. So a couple of days ago, we reached out to the Margdarshak Mandal, whose senior members were busy playing cards. Advaniji was more than happy to join us and asked if he could become the ‘communal’ MGB’s PM candidate. We told him we had no issues as long as he promised not to bring up his love for Jinnah anywhere or anytime in our alliance. Joshiji also expressed his interest,” Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut told The UnReal Times.
According to Raut, BJP MP from Patna Shatrugan Sinha and former BJP Minister Yashwant Sinha were initially hesitant to join the’ communal’ MGB, given the Shiv Sena’s hitherto stands against Biharis, but all was clear after Raut himself indicated to his alliance workers that the Sinhas shouldn’t be targeted because they are Biharis, just like how Shah Rukh Khan shouldn’t be targeted because he is Muslim. “The CMGB will hopefully grow soon as planned. We’re also reaching out to Arun Shourie, Ram Jethmalani and other estranged BJP leaders,” Raut added.
The new alliance has already been welcomed and wished by its ‘secular’ counterpart. “It is great to see that we have set a trend and it is very heartening to see that we now have our own ‘communal’ counterpart. Soon, the day will hopefully come where the ‘communal’ and ‘secular’ Mahagatbandhans will unite to defeat divisive and fascist forces like Modi and Shah,” JDU president Sharad Yadav mentioned.
The UnReal Times also pinged Shiv Sena NCP spokesperson Rahul Narvekar for his views on the new alliance, but he said that needed some time to decide on his stand. “Yaar, I’m confused right now, ttyl” Narvekar replied.
