The election commission is power less, toothless, boneless and etc etc. why not it allows every citizen to vote. If a citizen is having PAN Card/Aadhar Card, Passport and all other resident proofs and if he does not have voter card then is he/she entitled to vote or not ? The Election commission should come out with strict instructions to allow and register with proper proof the citizens on the spot and vote. Then only it will be considered proper election. Just because one does not have a voter card or his name is missing in the voter list he should not be denied the voting rights. These sorts of scientific rigging happens with the connivance of local political parties who veild underworld powers, the geniuine voters names get deleted or misplaced to another ward etc and only those who would vote for the local strong man is displayed and that too, they are most of the times not permitted to vote. The local goondas go and excercise their votes as happened in the recent elections in Bihar.
