Campaigns like anna hazare"s lead to a mass upsurge leading to a movement and a party called Aam Aadmi party.
Once political power was given to the party , the idealistic movement got compromised on taste of power and many got disillusioned and left the party.
Those who got political power and formed the govt behaved ultimately like other political parties and mostly lost their following .
Ultimately power only corrupts and absolute power totally corrupts people.
All well meaning peoples movement only end up this way without exception.
It will be no different in tamilnadu
These were the exact reasons, when TV channels were to be introduced and during Asian Games, colour Broadcasting was introduced by the then Vasant Sathe, the I & B minister against the wishes of Smt. Indira Gandhi who had the clear vision and told him that giving/exposing people to too much of such things would create trouble for congress ruling capacity.
Due to Vast exposure of TV channels and news channels and the current technology invasion and subsequent social media inter networking of people, the citizens have become more and more aware of the happenings of the nation and the world and he can not be fooled that easily like before.
What happens when a huge movment like anti-corruption movment of anna hazare awakened the entire nation, similar to egyptian upraising, the govt. toples and the movment leaders become politicians and leaders in the seat like AAP.
Why they fail, once they capture power is because, the people who were responsible for corruption against whom the movement was organised, silently by hoot or crook, join the government and over power the new entrants and manage to run the affairs once again thus killing the very objective of such revolutions.
The only way to avoid and induce new blood in the politics is to abolish the current genre of politicians and introduce some strict rules to prevent them from entering any government participation.
In tamilnadu, no such thing as awareness/revolution/political movement/upraising can be possible as only a new hero/saviour in a new film can uproot the government and introduce radical changes, provided a new rule preventing all politicians till date being banned in any manner to enter politics/government.
