Namaskarams!

I need help regarding few lines in the Laghunyasam I mean the translation is what i need.

1. Punarma atma punarayuragat, punah pranah punarakootamagat, vaiswanaro rasmibhir vavrudanah, antah tistatva amrutam gopah.

2. Meaning and relationship of words like jyotishtomatmane, darshapoornamasyatmane, chaturmasyatmane, niroodpashubandatmane (eviscerated animal???) during the kara nyasam, what is the link/meaning of these words in kara nyasam

3. Also translation of the Dhyana slokam in laghunyasam starting from "Apatala nabha stalanta.......to prayachantu soukyam.

அனைவருக்கும் என் வணக்கங்கள்
லகு ந்யாசம் என்பது நமது அங்கங்களில் மந்திரங்களை சொல்லி அங்கே தெய்வங்களை எழுந்தருள செய்வது.
என் இப்படி செய்ய வேண்டும் இதற்க்கான விளக்கம் இந்த லகு ந்யாசம் தொடக்கத்தில் வரும் ஸ்லோகம் கூறும்
अधात्मानम् शिवथ्मानम् श्रिरुद्ररुपम् ध्यायेत्
சிவமாக மாறிய பின் சிவனை துதிப்பாயாக
ஆக இந்த லகு ந்யசத்தில் நாம் நம் அங்கங்களில் தெய்வங்களை எழுந்தருள செய்து நாம் நம் சரீரத்தை மந்த்ர சரீரமாக மாற்றி கொள்கிறோம்
பிறகு அங்க ந்யாசம் சொல்ல படும்
अग्निहोत्र
दर्सपोओनमस्य
छाथुर्मस्य,etc இவை எல்லாம் ஒரு மனிதன் செய்ய வேண்டிய கடமைகள்.
இந்த எல்லா கடமைகள் செய்த புண்ய பலத்தை விட ஸ்ரீ ருத்ர ஜபம் தரும் பலம் அதிகம் என்று ஸ்ரீ ருத்ர கல்பம் கூறுகிறது
அதற்க்கு எடுத்துகாட்டாக தான் सर्वक्रित्वात्मने कनीश्टीकाभ्याम् नमः என்று சொல்லி ந்யாசம் செய்வோம். எல்லா நற் காரியங்களையும் செய்தாலும் அதை விட ஒரு பங்கு ஸ்ரீ ருத்ர ஜப் பலம் அதிகம் என்று ஸ்ரீ ருத்ர கல்பம் கூறும்.

आपाथाल என்று தொடங்குவது தியான ஸ்லோகம் ஈஸ்வரனை தினம் செய்து (visualaizing the god) பிறகு ஜபம் தொடங்குவது.


எனக்கு சமிபத்தில் இரு சக்கர வாகனம் ஓட்டி செல்லும் பொது விபத்துக்கு உள்ளாகி எனது வலது கை எலும்பு நொறுங்கி துண்டை போனது ஆகவே ஸ்ரீ ருத்ர கல்பம் க்ரந்தத்தை இந்த forumil பதிவு செய்ய முடியாமல் போனது. இனி இறைவன் அருளால் அந்த பதிப்பை இங்கு வெகு விரைவில் செய்ய முயற்சி செய்கிறேன்.
