சித்தர் பாடல்கள் - Siddhar Songs/Sayings

I am starting this thread where members could post the songs/sayings of Siddhars and their meaning.

விண்டவர் கண்டிலர்
கண்டவர் விண்டிலர்

-Sivavakkiyar

Those who talk do not attain the state of Sat cchit ananda.

Those who have attained the state of Satcchitananda. do not talk about it.

Folks,
Durgadasan started a thread sometime back and posted many songs by Siddhars. This thread may be browsed here.

விண்டவர் கண்டிலர்
கண்டவர் விண்டிலர்
This is a kind of circular logic, no? If this is true, then all the Siddhars who wrote songs are கண்டிலர், and the கண்டவர்s did not write any songs. This would mean all the Siddhars who are celeberated are not கண்டவர்.

Cheers!

Sorry. I did not replyto the point you raised.

I do not think either siddhars or anyone for that matter has described the state of Satcchitananda. When I asked the standard answer was "You will know about it when reach that stage." I assume it is one of those things which could be really called indescribable experience.

The circular argument, IMO, still remains. If those who have experienced it won't talk about it, then how do we know that such a state even exists?

We know it from the external signs of an individual. I will go into detail about it when I talk about Philosophy in the Siddha thread. But I accept that even then it is only a Belief which can never be proved.
