i thought of a recipe for cooking rice for 100 people. but decided that it will be too complicated :)

i am interestingly reading your posts. what is the basis for your formulae? for starters, as an individual with a family of 5, i can hardly verify these recipes.

also, nowadays, in india, when we have gettogethers or functions, the food area is contracted out, i think. so gone are the days, when in the open courtyard big stone aduppus with veragu, which were then norms.

so, if you don't mind, are these recipes from professional cooks?

actually, let me tell of a day to day problem. to cook one single meal for a couple and avoid leftovers.
