NEW WATERWAY PROJECT

After long time dialogues and the judicial hearings the Cauvery issues where it took place in the past between the two states Tamilnadu and Karnataka haven come to an end of the Supreme Court order.
This order seems favorable to the Tamilnadu, but it's not real. Whatever, it may be we should prepare an alternative system to solve this water scarcity problem permanently.
Before suggesting the alternative method for solving this problem, it's better to study first, about the Tamilnadu rivers, and the measure of water was flowing into the Ocean.
TAMIL NADU RIVERS
Cauvery , Palar , Vaigai , Noyyal , Cheyyar , Moyar , Bhavani , and Thamirabarani are the major rivers in Tamil Nadu. All these eight major rivers have a lot of tributaries as well.
According to a report 177 (TMC ft) water was flowing into the Ocean where out of getting total quantity from these eight rivers, and tributaries.
By, itself Tamilnadu having the capacity to save these 177 (TMC ft) water from the way of arresting the water were flowing into the sea unnecessarily.
Hitherto we have seen the Tamil Nadu rivers and its flowing water into the sea as merely a wastage. Yet, we have found the solution to save the water which has flowed into the sea.
NEW WATERWAY SYSTEM
We can save great water through this new waterway channel. In the current scenario, dams are not economically unimportant. More space is required. But if you have a waterway road, our agriculture needs to be done and you will be transported by water.
WHAT IS NEW WATERWAY ROAD?
The waterway, a road is just like our highways.
Choose a section of 250 meters above the sea level and connect it to another area from the same meter above the sea level. This storing place is called a grid. Now, we can bring the water from this grid through a canal that means plain waterway.

Prof. A.C. Kamaraj is a member of the National Rivers Integration Committee. He has submitted his National Waterway Scheme to the central government as well as the state governments. Many of them appreciated and assured to take into consideration.
So, what's happened since then we have seen the aspects of the water scarcity problem, especially in Tamilnadu and suggesting the New Waterway scheme for the most suitable one. At the end of this article, I wish to mention one thing.
The Kerala State has to review this project to protect from this flood disaster that is being met today with her 'God's own country' and as well cooperate with the neighboring state Tamil Nadu to build the two waterway road project. In addition to that Kerala should obey the Supreme Court verdict and allow to raise the water level in the Mullai Periyar dam.
