This case has taken twenty years to reach CJM's court ! At this rate I wonder how much time this மான் will drag the case to reach final stage. It looks, Salman khan is prone to Court cases. Prior to this he was caught in four offences ( three for blackbuck poaching and one accident case) and punished in lower Courts and released in higher courts on appeal due to lack of evidence. He is not lucky as his costars who too enjoyed the taste of same Blackbucks, escaped punishment !

Salமான் is shakthiமான்.Can drag on - he is ayushமான் as well , likely to be caught atleast in his life time by aother மான் , a நீதிமான் ! Cant escape claiming to have become a புத்திமான்,பக்திமான் etc in the last 20 years Thats his Abhiman!

It is not fair to compare and combine all Judicial cases, since each one is different from other. Some are economic offences, some are criminal offences, some others are based on corruption etc. Judges give judgement based on the evidence present before them.
Soli Sorabjee, the legal expert, said it was normal for bail to be granted in such a case, and didn't see Khan getting any special treatment from the court. "This has nothing to do with Khan's personality as an actor," he said.

You are right Sir,

The courts may differ, even laws may differ, I mean section of law, whether it is Indian Penal Code or Criminal Procedure Code, or any other Act like COFEPOSA or GOONDAS Act, etc

But the destination where these convicts land ultimately is prison or jail located at different parts of India and taken care of by the Government and fed at the cost of tax payers money.

Jayalalitha spent nearly 90 days at Parapana Agraharam and the seer of Kanchi reportedly spent nearly two months at Vellore Central prison.

The moral is all are equal before law.
