True but why go so literal?

I remember when I was in college when we had Forensic class and the topic of abortion was being covered ..the lecturer was going on and on even though it was time up.

The back bench boys were getting restless and started singing the then popular Hindi songs in class with full music effect too and we girls in front row could not stop laughing and the lecturer started scolding us girls for laughing.

He was not scolding the boys who were singing even louder by then.

Then one guy stood up and said "ABORT THE CLASS!"

That was it...we could not stop laughing and lecturer stormed out of class and told all of us to apologize otherwise we risk failing our exams.

So the whole class had to formally apologize!LOL

So abortion too can be used in a different context just as the word depression is also used for depression in economy denoting a bad phase..so does that usage of depression too give a negative meaning to depressive disorder?

I have also seen the usage of the word Schizophrenia to denote Chaos.

So its really hard to say if this creates a stigma.

Bread butter Pericarditis...Red Current Jelly excretion..strawberry milk shake sputum of Pulmonary Edema..Anchovy sauce of liver abcess?

Its all food related in medical text..can we say its trivial to equate it with food?
